Fleet Farm is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead three core teams: Warehouse, Freight, and Stocking. You will direct daily operations, coaching and developing your teams to ensure accurate receiving, staging, stocking, and backroom management.

You will partner with HR to staff and lead by example. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience, plus 3 years of management experience in a big-box retailer.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3 years of management experience with a Big Box retailer preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full-time and part-time team members.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively with implementing solutions, planning and delegating tasks, monitoring and achieving goals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Warehouse Team activities including daytime receiving, yard operations, returns to vendor programs, pick pack and ship, and backroom ownership.
• Oversee the Freight Team activities including receiving deliveries, staging, splitting trucks, and stocking as needed.
• Oversee the Stocking Team to ensure stock is placed correctly per planograms and presented per standards.
• In collaboration with HR, ensure logistics areas are staffed with qualified Team Leads and Team Members.
• Teach, train, coach, develop, and mentor team for consistent execution.
• Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program and other company initiatives.
