Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Monitor site KPI and drive performance improvements.
• Provide orientation and coaching to team members.
• Address performance issues and implement corrective action.
