Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• DOT Regulated No.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review, with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to meet standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and collaboration with customers in all operations.
