Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for our Goodyear, AZ operation in the Supply Chain Solutions division. The role oversees day-to-day logistics, coaches the team, and ensures safety and efficiency while meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED is required.
• 0 to 1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience is required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate shift activities.
• Manage site KPI performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and promote cooperation.
• Perform performance evaluations and recognize team members.
• Address performance issues per company policies.
• Ensure health, safety, and security initiatives compliance.
• Provide orientation and tools for employees.
