Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with exempt status. Responsibilities include supervising the team, coordinating with the Logistics Manager, and driving KPIs while fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required.
• 0 to 1 year in direct supervisory/leadership experience, Required.
• 1 year or more in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment., Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and customer collaboration.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and coach staff.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
