Job summary

Echo Global Logistics is seeking a recruiter to support talent acquisition across warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution operations. You will manage the full-cycle process for hourly associates, frontline leaders, and specialized roles, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume warehouse/logistics.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screens and coordinating interviews.
• Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and consistent communication throughout the process.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding with HR and operations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Represent Echo professionally and enhance the candidate experience and employment brand.
• Manage day-to-day recruiting to fill open roles promptly.
