Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team ensuring safe, accurate and on-time product movement. You will drive continuous improvement and set the tone on the floor for safety, quality and productivity.

You will coach a diverse group of associates, plan daily work and coordinate with Customer Solutions to deliver a consistent experience for customers while growing with our Dallas-area warehouse network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in fast-paced distribution or logistics.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team with strong safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance standards.
• Experience planning labor and assignments in a high-volume operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems; strong computer and data entry skills.
• Clear communication; set expectations and partner with internal/external teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments and customer requirements.
• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments and other required paperwork).
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues, ensure smooth shift handoffs and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.
