Responsibilities include supervising and training warehouse staff, monitoring end-to-end production, and stepping in as supervisor when needed. GED or HS diploma required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience in co-pack or warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Access database preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising/leading/training of warehouse employees.
• Maintain and surpass production goals.
• Monitor end-to-end production of projects.
• Ensure smooth flow of production throughout shifts.
• Report end-of-day production to Supervisor.
• Fill in Supervisor role as needed.
