iDC Logistics Inc. is seeking a versatile Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across hourly to executive levels in a fast-growing 3PL logistics environment.

You will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, source top talent, and manage high-volume hiring while maintaining candidate experience and compliance. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of multi-level recruiting, strong ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and a track record in logistics or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels (hourly to executive).
• Logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or transportation industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS (UKG, Paycom) and LinkedIn Recruiter; strong Boolean/search analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for hourly to executive roles in a 3PL logistics environment.
• Develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals).
• Support high-volume hiring for warehouse roles, drivers, supervisors, and managers, while maintaining candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to align requirements and timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offers, source effectiveness) and report findings.
• Ensure compliance with EEO/state/local laws and continuously improve recruitment processes.
