Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in components engineering, DMSMS, logistics, design or related engineering field.
• Familiarity with obsolescence or DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages).
• PC mastery with Microsoft Windows Office Products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at the Woodland Hills, CA facility.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of component and product obsolescence across product lines.
• Support logistics engineering activities from concept through post-production support.
• Provide obsolescence analysis and generate DMSMS Health Reports.
• Solve complex obsolescence challenges in development and sustainment programs.
• Be an engaged member of the Integrated Logistics Support team and drive process improvements.
• Utilize engineering background and tools to conduct DMSMS analysis and report to IPT.
