Job summary

MCM is seeking a highly organized Logistics Specialist to support all aspects of logistics for the brand in New York. This role focuses on inventory management, distribution, international inbound control, and close collaboration with wholesale, e-commerce, and customer service teams.

Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics, data analysis, and cost-saving initiatives. SAP experience is a plus, and a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: manage levels and accuracy in the warehouse.
• Distribution Management: oversee inbound and outbound logistics.
• International Inbound Controls: coordinate international shipments and customs.
• EDI Analysis: track movements and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Collaboration with Wholesale Team to fulfill orders.
• E-commerce & Customer Service Fulfillment support.
• Return Controls for multiple channels to minimize losses.
• Data Analytics & Reporting to identify trends and improvements.
• Cost-Saving Analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drop Shipment Management for department store orders.
