Oversee 3PL partners, contract compliance, and quarterly business reviews.
Develop annual operating budgets and strategic objectives for logistics.
Ensure 95%+ SLA compliance for shipping and service parts.
Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and audit readiness.
Support procurement, invoicing, and cost optimization initiatives.
