Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related area.
• Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading logistics teams and 3PL partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 direct and 20+ indirect logistics professionals across 10 locations.
• Oversee transportation and warehousing for capital equipment and DCFC parts.
• Develop budgets, set objectives, and monitor KPI performance with suppliers.
• Drive cost reductions and improved service levels (SLA >95%).
• Lead quarterly business reviews and manage vendor contracts.
