Electrify America is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead a nationwide team responsible for optimizing transportation and warehousing for DC fast charging assets and service parts. The role covers 10+ warehouse locations across the USA and Canada, including reverse logistics for warranties and service parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related area.
• MBA preferred for leadership and strategy roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 direct and 20+ indirect logistics professionals across 10 warehouse locations in USA/Canada.
• Oversee transport and warehousing for capital equipment and DCFC network parts.
• Develop annual operating budgets and strategic objectives for logistics.
• Manage 3PL partnerships and quarterly business reviews with suppliers.
• Ensure 95%+ SLA compliance for shipping and service.
• Drive inventory reductions and cost optimization initiatives.
