Distribution International seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our Logistics department, ensuring timely shipments and strong customer service. You will coordinate outbound shipments with the 3PL traffic team, review daily late load reports, initiate OS&D claims, and resolve transportation issues through cross‑functional collaboration.

Local travel may be required. The role emphasizes problem solving, documentation, and process improvement within a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a Company Vehicle.
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics procedures, regulations and documentation.
• 1 year of experience with a web-based TMS platform.
• Understanding of Freight Audit and Payment.
• Ability to be the hub between multiple departments.
• Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in Importing/Exporting procedures and compliance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate outbound shipments with Customer Service and 3PL traffic team.
• Review 3PL daily late load reports.
• Coordinate with 3PL and customers to execute late shipments.
• Daily problem solving and escalation on transportation issues.
• Initiate OS&D claims with carriers.
• Prepare documentation and monitor 3PL invoice submissions.
• Analyze invoices and post audit 3PL invoices per negotiated pricing.
• Liaise between 3PL and IT to resolve TMS issues.
• Manage and monitor rental trailer fleet for location accuracy.
• Prepare business reports as requested by Logistics Manager.
