• 3 years or more experience as a driver or courier.
• 3 years or more experience as a medical courier.
• 3 years or more experience as a supervisor or team lead.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the logistics team and manage daily operations.
• Implement courier routes and schedules for efficiency.
• Ensure department staffing covers all routes.
• Train logistics staff and manage performance metrics.
• Address internal and external client issues.
