Qualifications

• 3 years or more experience as a driver or courier.
• 3 years or more experience as a medical courier (preferred).
• 3 years or more experience as a supervisor or team lead (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the logistics team.
• Manage performance of all couriers using established metrics.
• Implement and review courier routes and schedules.
• Ensure department is properly staffed for necessary routes.
• Establish relationships with external logistics vendors.
• Generate and review daily/weekly reports.
• Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports.
• Address and resolve internal and external client issues.
