Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
• 4–6 years of freight handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations including dispatch routes, manifests, and driver coordination.
• Support drivers and maintain fleet compliance including DOT-related tasks.
• Manage documentation and invoicing records and time-clock processes.
• Monitor performance with metrics to optimize logistics and production workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, drivers, and customers to resolve delivery issues and maintain service quality.
