Qualifications

• 3 years previous experience as a driver/courier.
• 3 years experience as a medical courier is preferred.
• 5 years leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the position.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the logistics team.
• Manage the performance of all couriers using established metrics.
• Implement and review courier routes to increase efficiencies.
• Generate and review daily/weekly reports for issues.
• Address and resolve client issues.
