Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in logistics and transportation operations, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team in daily release schedules for each client.
• Create packing schedules for routine shipments and monitor with the Packing Coordinator.
• Coordinate with Air and Ocean freight supervisors to monitor shipments and cut-offs.
• Ensure Material Receipts meet KPI requirements and reports are accurate.
• Prioritize workload and manage issues promptly with the Packing Coordinator.
• Lead training for the Packing Coordinator and cross-training of accounts.
• Run pack-not-billed reports to ensure timely billing.
• Organize weekly team meetings to discuss issues and client needs.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve pending issues and conducts walks as needed.
