Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Hillsboro, OR, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily operations for transportation and logistics. You will coordinate schedules with vendors, oversee a team of coordinators, and ensure compliance with regulations to meet customer needs.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics with 2+ years in supervision, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office, TMS and WMS. You will drive efficiency and accuracy across packing, reporting and billing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field required; 3–5 years in logistics/transport operations with at least 2 years in supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily release schedules for each client.
Create packing schedules for routine shipments and monitor.
Coordinate with air and ocean freight supervisors on shipments.
Ensure material receipts are completed within KPI targets.
Prioritize workload based on schedules and cut-offs.
Monitor daily workload and address issues promptly.
Oversee overtime usage and ensure billing to clients.
Train Packing Coordinator and cross-train accounts.
Run packed-not-billed reports monthly to ensure billing.
Ensure C2C reports on Receiving, Material, Packing, and Delivery are up to date.
Organize weekly team meetings to discuss issues.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve issues.
