Job summary

We Energies is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead the integration of materials, transportation and inventory across Pewaukee and Racine. You will drive cost-effective logistics, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance within the Supply Chain environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of management experience in the area of Supply Chain, or eight years with no degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading and influencing the performance of employees at multiple locations.
• Ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
• Ensure employees meet all established standards for safety, data accuracy, work quality, environmental compliance and productivity.
• Plan, schedule, and manage logistics work assignments including receiving, shipping, picking, put away, handling damages and returns, physical inventories, disbursements, job site delivery and job site cleanup, and special projects.
• Emergency / Storm Restoration / Outages; Coordinate resource allocations as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees, unions, customers, corporate departments, suppliers, consultants/contractors and governmental agencies.
• Plan, prioritize and manage the facilities, equipment, payroll, operating, and capital budgets to meet objectives.
• Actively participate on Supply Chain Alliance teams, special project teams and committees as assigned.
