Qualifications

• 0–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to motivate teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic warehouse or inventory systems.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting warehouse associates during shifts to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Monitoring productivity, quality, and safety standards for smooth operations.
• Training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance expectations.
• Addressing employee questions and performance issues in real time.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to support daily workflow.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Enforcing company policies, processes, and safety requirements.
• Partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Completing daily reporting related to labor, workflow, and productivity.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.
