Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing domestic and international freight operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop shipping and receiving team.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments domestically and internationally.
• Reduce freight costs and optimize transportation.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and export controls.
• Maintain accurate ERP inventory and documentation.
• Partner with carriers and logistics providers.
