Qualifications

• 8–10 years in international procurement and logistics with at least 5 years in supervision or management.
• Experience with U.S. Government international logistical contracts.
• Demonstrates knowledge of logistics and distribution systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines international supply chain processes and procedures with government officials and freight forwarders.
• Ensures distribution supports sales potential with good inventory control.
• Develops and implements customer service functions, warehousing, and traffic strategies.
• Implements multi-plant, multi-distribution system and logistics planning.
• Establishes and enforces policies to support market delivery requirements.
• Manages distribution functions including stocking, shipping and receiving.
