Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain/logistics in manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in leadership or people management.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decisions.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP).
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in planning and execution.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve on-time delivery targets aligned with business objectives.
• Reduce material lead times by optimizing supplier stock plans and sourcing strategies.
• Improve customer lead times through material planning and production scheduling coordination.
• Optimize inventory levels using item and supplier analyses.
• Manage and reduce shipping and tariff costs through data-driven analysis.
• Prevent stock-outs and production line disruptions.
• Lead and develop the procurement team for timely, cost-effective sourcing.
• Oversee production planning to align schedules with inventory, labor, and demand.
• Manage shipping and receiving for accurate processing.
• Build supplier relationships; negotiate favorable contracts.
• Monitor and manage inventory to balance production needs.
• Integrate planning across procurement, production, and logistics to reduce lead times.
• Implement best practices in shipping/receiving to minimize delays.
• Improve order entry processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork.
• Define and track KPIs to measure supply chain effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on performance, risks, and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
