Accurate Personnel is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Islandia, NY to supervise daily dispatch operations and provide administrative support. The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a High School Diploma, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience or demonstrated ability.
• HS diploma or GED with related coursework accepted.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and related apps.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and load/docket processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise dispatch staff and provide administrative representation for dispatch.
• Monitor accuracy of TMW TruckMate entries and maintain documents.
• Respond to emergency and non‑emergency dispatch requests and coordinate units.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure on‑time deliveries and proper equipment upkeep.
• Manage yard operations to improve throughput and reduce congestion.
• Cover shifts as needed and support other staff as assigned.
