Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures; coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance reviews.
• Work with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and coach staff.
