Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shifts.
• Accountable for site KPI performance and safety initiatives.
• Provide coaching, development and performance evaluations to staff.
