Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• DOT Regulated No.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Collaborate with customer in all aspects of operations.
• Regularly meet team members, coach and recognize performance.
• Maintain diversity and inclusion in the team and improve processes.
• Address performance through corrective action as needed.
• Provide orientation and support to employees and lead hands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
