Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a General Manager to lead a Direct-to-Consumer operation as we open a new D2C site. You will develop and empower teams, drive operations, and ensure accountability across a small warehouse with broad responsibilities.

Follow safety standards and regulatory policies while delivering strategic direction and efficiency improvements. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years’ Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with strategy/annual plans (budget, SOPs, workshops).
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or LEAN processes.
• Experience training, developing people in operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to present to non-technical audiences and lead discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; handle ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct, recruit, train, and develop reports to ensure productivity.
• Achieve performance goals and KPIs like Labor to Revenue and truck turns.
• Review warehouse activities and costs to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on account strategies and quotes.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client relationships.
• Monitor budgets, capex, and space utilization to targets.
• Support safety and food quality standards across operations.
