A Day in the Life

Join our dynamic team in Billerica, MA, as a Logistics Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in logistics operations, efficiency, and management.

This position offers the opportunity to oversee and optimize logistics processes, manage resources, and collaborate with various departments within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

With your advanced knowledge and experience, you will contribute to achieving logistics efficiency goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining high standards of logistics control. Your efforts will directly support our strategic goal of meeting market demand for our cardiac ablation devices, ensuring their timely delivery and availability.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm

What You'll Do:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Control the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information from origin to customer delivery.
  • Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as replenishment, data interchange, demand management, and electronic data systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to meet market demand.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to optimize logistics processes.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Train and mentor logistics staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Generate reports on logistics performance and identify improvement areas.
Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):
  • Bachelor's degree AND minimum 1 year relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics supervision or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in logistics.
