What You'll Be Doing:

• Quoting, booking, and managing all aspects of truckload shipments
• Proactively prospecting, cold calling, and growing customer accounts
• Building strong relationships with customers and carriers
• Responding quickly to rate requests and sourcing carrier capacity
• Preparing pricing options and handling RFQs
• Negotiating with both customers and carriers
• Managing account metrics and ensuring service expectations are met
• Collaborating across departments to resolve issues
• Researching and onboarding carriers for additional capacity
• Developing and executing customer-specific SOPs
• Identifying opportunities to enhance margins and automate workflows

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) preferred
• Basic understanding of pricing, profit margins, truck capacity, and transit times
• Strong math and analytical skills

Bonus Experience:

• Problem-solving backgrounds outside logistics
• Experience in customer service roles creating exceptional experiences
