Job summary
Belonging is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist in Wilsonville, OR to coordinate domestic and international shipments for consumer electronics and other high-value products. You will collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
The role requires 3+ years of logistics experience, familiarity with air, ocean, and ground shipping, and strong Excel skills.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience.
- Experience with domestic and international shipping.
- Knowledge of air, ocean, ground, and parcel transportation.
- Familiar with customs/import-export documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Work with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses.
- Track shipments and provide status updates.
- Prepare shipping and customs documents.
- Resolve shipping delays, damages, and delivery issues.
- Coordinate warehouse transfers, inventory, and returns.
- Support trade shows, product launches, and special shipments.
- Maintain shipment records and identify process improvements.
