Logistics Specialist-Material Handler/Delivery Driver-Phoenix

Role Overview: The primary responsibilities include loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery, staging products at customer locations, and maintaining professional customer interactions. The role requires safe driving practices, excellent customer service, and strong relationship building.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Starting wage of $21.50/hr, with progression after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year.
• Monday through Saturday, fluctuating day shifts.

Reporting & Core Commitments: Reports to an Assistant TLC Leader. Demonstrates approachability, adventurous spirit, relentlessness, and speed in work ethic.

Responsibilities include:

• Warehousing, delivery, vehicle maintenance, task distribution, tire inspection, equipment operation, inventory management, customer payments, vehicle care, safety compliance, and ongoing training.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving history.
• Age 19 or older.
• Strong communication, customer service, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, multitasking, and safety adherence.

Working Conditions: Physical demands include lifting, bending, and operating in various environments, with potential extended hours, night driving, and weather conditions. Physical size limitations apply for safety reasons.
