Ryder is hiring a regional driver to provide quality home time, typically being home through the week and/or on weekends, with a route covering AZ and NV. Enjoy a rewarding career with flexibility, competitive earnings, and home time you deserve.

Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300+ (Hourly: $30.00 for 45-50 hours/week)
• Additional Pay: $50/night out (3 nights/week)
• Bonuses: Unlimited driver referral bonuses
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home multiple days weekly, out 3 nights/week
• Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, start time between 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM
• Route: AZ, NV
• Touch: Touch – Assembled Motorcycles

Equipment

• Trucks are 36 months or newer
• Trailer Type: Dry Van, Double Decker Vans, 53'
• Sleepers, Manual Transmission (no automatic restriction)
• 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling at over 800 facilities nationwide

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years old
• Class A verifiable experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years, or 5 years in last 10 years
• No automatic restriction
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, DOT physical, and road test
• Able to read, interpret laws, rules, policies
• Reside within 30 miles of Phoenix, AZ
