Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Logistics in Greer, SC to support order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination. You will work Sunday-Thursday, 11a-7p, ensuring loads are tracked and delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written/verbal/diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on load status
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrived on time and in good condition
• Take check calls from drivers, ensure on-time delivery; validate all load data before marking loads delivered
• Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete documentation
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept/decline loads based on direction
• Provide detailed directions and instructions to properly route drivers
