ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Operations Specialist for a leading consumer products company in Hoboken, NJ. This hybrid, temporary leave coverage role spans 90+ days with extension possibilities, paying up to $30 per hour.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating across transportation, inventory, vendor management, and operational reporting. You will maintain dashboards and support cost-saving initiatives while reporting to logistics leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, inventory management, or related operations.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders, external vendors, carriers, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute waste disposal reports while monitoring site compliance activities.
• Process waste disposal vendor invoices and support vendor performance reviews.
• Manage transportation carrier claims, recovery efforts, and weekly claims reporting.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with vendors, claims administrators, transportation teams, and 3PL partners.
• Maintain operational dashboards and provide regular reporting updates to logistics leadership.
• Identify operational risks, process improvement opportunities, and potential cost savings initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized logistics or supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and enjoys working across transportation, inventory, vendor management, and operational reporting functions.

Job Title: Inventory Operations Specialist
Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid)
Contract: 2-3 Months (Temporary Leave Coverage Assignment: 90+ Days, Extension Possible)
Pay Range: Up to $24 - $30 hourly

What’s the Job?
