Job Description

This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following:

Perform financial forecasting, annual and/or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts
Perform month-end closing process
Inventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statement
Analysis on Inventory movements and return, grading, and disposal process
Perform GL account reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged items
Support external and internal audit / risk management requirements as needed
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed

Top 3 Skill Sets:

Education: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred and 2+ years in a business finance or logistics environment strong excel skill is a must
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and analytical skills
Organized and detail oriented
Experience working with inventory management
Strong analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

General knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain
Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP
Korean speaker (strong preference)
