Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage order flow, coordinate with vendors and clients, and ensure timely deliveries through third-party logistics partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of logistics experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries with 3PL partners to maintain efficient shipping flow.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and clients regarding order status and shipment updates.
• Monitor shipments and address delays, discrepancies, and service issues.
• Track and resolve lost or damaged shipments and file carrier claims.
• Ensure compliance with shipping requirements and service-level expectations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams.
• Maintain records, shipping documentation, and system updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year DOE + bonus

Position Overview

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day logistics operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for managing order flow, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery through third-party logistics partners.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, has strong communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to maintain efficient shipping flow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and clients regarding order status, shipment updates, and inquiries
• Monitor shipments and proactively address delays, discrepancies, and service issues
• Track, investigate, and resolve lost or damaged shipments, including filing and managing carrier claims
• Ensure compliance with shipping requirements, routing guides, and service-level expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, customer service) to support smooth logistics operations
• Maintain accurate records, shipping documentation, and system updates related to orders and deliveries
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or similar is preferred
