Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year in Warehouse/Transportation/Logistics or distribution environment.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehouse or distribution processes; intermediate level.
• Familiarity with warehouse software applications; intermediate level.
• Understanding of DOT, OSHA and safety regulations; intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll/billing and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Review DOT logs and prepare submissions; conduct safety trainings/orientations.
• Be the first point of contact for collisions and injuries and coordinate reporting.
• Maintain STAR system and lead safety meetings with management.
• Coordinate dispatch/routing and driver communications; support KPI reporting to the manager.
