Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specifications.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations to meet service goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and recognize achievements.
• Promote health and safety and positive labor relations within the team.
