Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a Solutions Specialist to connect clients with tailored logistics solutions. The role blends B2B sales, strategic planning, and problem-solving to build lasting partnerships.

You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on exceptional service and growth, meeting customers in person across the territory and coordinating with operations to exceed expectations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ B2B sales experience or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers in person regularly.
• Maintain relationships with customers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist customers with rate agreements and coordinate with pricing coordinators.
• Provide information on rates and service improvements to customers.
• Maintain records of daily sales calls and input into company system.
• Handle customer complaints through appropriate channels.
