• Solution-Based Sales: Analyze client needs and develop industry-tailored logistics solutions for the Americas to support business expansion.
• End-to-End Logistics Design: Create integrated international logistics solutions for U.S. clients, covering overseas warehousing/distribution, domestic bonded services, and import/export via sea, land, air, and rail.
• Market-Competitive Solutions: Leverage industry insights to benchmark best practices, ensuring solution competitiveness and collaborating with sales to secure business opportunities.
• Client Project Leadership: Oversee client requirement onboarding and ensure seamless business rollout.
• Operational Optimization: Drive lean improvements for implemented projects to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Knowledge Sharing & Growth: Conduct post-project reviews, refine case studies, and continuously elevate operational capabilities and solution expertise.
