Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is hiring an Overseas Warehouse Solution Manager in Fontana, CA to design and optimize logistics solutions for the North American market, bridging client needs with warehouse operations and cross‑functional teams.

You will drive IRR‑focused cost efficiency, ensure HazMat and customs compliance, and optimize last‑mile pricing, while collaborating with sales, procurement, product and operations across multiple warehouses and regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in solution design for overseas warehouse planning
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Experience building dashboards or reporting tools to support business decisions
• Understanding of transportation concepts including pricing, carrier selection, service levels
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (sales, procurement, product, operations)

Responsibilities

• Design customized warehousing and distribution plans for E‑commerce sellers (TikTok, Temu, Amazon)
• Design workflows for small/oversized items or HazMat storage and handling
• Cost & profitability analysis: calculate project IRR and payback periods; optimize last‑mile pricing to maintain margins
• Define SOPs for OS&D and ensure compliance with California CUPA/HMBP regulations
• Market insight and competitive assessment: identify client requirements and benchmark overseas warehouse capabilities
