Qualifications

• 3-5 years in solution design, with 1-2 years in overseas warehouse planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to extract, manipulate, and visualize data.
• Experience building dashboards or reporting tools to support business decisions.
• Understanding of transportation concepts including pricing, carrier selection, service levels, and operational challenges.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (sales, procurement, product, operations).
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Design customized warehousing and distribution plans for E‑commerce sellers (TikTok, Temu, Amazon).
• Design workflows for small/oversized items or HazMat storage and handling.
• Calculate project IRR and payback periods for new warehouse setups; optimize last‑mile pricing to maintain margins.
• Define SOPs for OS&D and other inbound/outbound exceptions; ensure compliance with hazardous materials regulations.
• Identify client needs and benchmark overseas warehouse capabilities, focusing on efficiency and pricing.
