Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to help manage the flow of goods within our facility. You will receive shipments, verify contents, and prepare orders for production or shipment.

You will also maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in shipping/receiving, with forklift operation and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and warehouse operations preferred.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and inventory software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments with accurate labeling and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damages.
• Maintain records of inventory levels for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Update inventory systems to reflect real-time stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and shipping regulations.
