You will pack products, process shipments, verify paperwork, and maintain records to deliver timely, error-free order fulfillment while upholding quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience with shipping software or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for shipment by verifying product accuracy, condition, and quantity.
• Package products according to company standards to ensure safe transportation.
• Process outgoing shipments utilizing shipping software and carrier systems.
• Verify shipping documentation, packing slips, and order information prior to shipment.
• Ensure products are labeled correctly and packaged securely.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving, staging, and movement of inventory as needed.
• Maintain shipping records and update company systems accurately.

Summary

Radwell International is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring product accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily shipping operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of delivering an outstanding customer experience through timely and error-free order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for shipment by verifying product accuracy, condition, and quantity
• Package products according to company standards to ensure safe transportation and delivery
• Process outgoing shipments utilizing shipping software and carrier systems
• Verify shipping documentation, packing slips, and order information prior to shipment

• Monitor shipment schedules and support timely order fulfillment

Work Schedule

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional hours, overtime, or schedule adjustments may be required to support operational needs.

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse environment and requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the facility. Employees work closely with shipping carriers, warehouse personnel, and operations teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413 standards (steel-toe or composite-toe) must be worn at all times in Operations areas. Employees are responsible for providing and maintaining their own compliant footwear.
