Job summary

You will process shipments, ensure proper documentation (BOLs, packing slips), track performance, and handle international shipments when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
• Familiar with LTL, FTL, parcel and air shipments.
• Ability to read international shipping docs and HS codes.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily shipping tasks, including shipment processing, documentation, and system updates within ERP system and related systems.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and brokers to meet customer requirements and maintain on-time delivery.
• Review warehouse packing information for accuracy and completeness before shipment.
• Prepare and provide all required shipping documentation to the warehouse team, including BOLs, pallet labels, packing slips, and customer-specific documents.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain detailed shipment records, including tracking, delivery status, and proof of delivery (POD).
