Job summary

The Bolton Group in Cleveland is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. You will manage domestic and international shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain accurate shipping records.

You have 2+ years in logistics, shipping and receiving, and experience with SAP or ERP systems; familiarity with Incoterms and shipping documentation is a plus. You will work with customer portals and freight documentation daily.

Qualifications

2+ years of logistics or shipping experience in manufacturing.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Familiar with shipping documentation and customer portals.
Knowledge of international shipping, export rules and Incoterms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
Enter shipment data into portals and submit advance shipping notices.
Maintain freight records and shipping documentation; support inventory and outside-service transactions in SAP.
